摘　　要：在数字人文视角下探讨老字号档案资源的开发与利用,对于推动老字号企业振兴与发展,构筑城市记忆与社会认同,以及促进文旅融合与文化传承都具有重要意义。针对当前老字号企业对档案资源的价值认识不充分、管理体制不完善和档案管理人才匮乏等问题,提出老字号档案资源的开发与利用要坚持资源为王、分层推进、协同共建以及整体效益的原则,并从主体、客体、技术与过程四个方面构建基于数字人文的老字号档案资源开发与利用模式。Exploring the development and the utilization of archives resources in time-honored enterprises from the perspective of digital humanities is significant to promote the revitalization and development of time-honored enterprises,build urban memory and social identity,promote culture and tourism integration and protect cultural heritage.Aiming at problems such as insufficient understanding of the value of archives resources of time-honored enterprises,inadequate management systems,and lack of talents in archives management,this paper proposes that the development and utilization of archives resources of time-honored enterprises adhere to the principle of being resource-oriented,layered promotion,collaborative construction,and whole benefit.Also,a time-honored enterprises archives resources development and utilization model based on digital humanities needs to be built from four aspects—subject,object,technology and process.
