摘　　要：灾害档案在灾害研究、决策咨询、社会记忆建构等方面具有重大开发价值,在如今的数据驱动型社会,灾害档案信息收集、管理和利用受到了社会的广泛关注。通过分析大数据应用于灾害档案开发利用工作的优势,从目前灾害档案开发利用工作中现存的标准化体系、馆藏档案研究、部门之间的信息壁垒等方面存在的问题出发,提出了立卷归档标准、档案工作协同机制、信息共享平台等方面的对策。Disaster archives have great development value in disaster research,consultation before decision-making,social memory construction,etc.In today’s data-driven society,the collection,management and utilization of disaster archives information have attracted wide attention from the society.Based on the analysis of the advantages of applying big data to the development and utilization of disaster archives,starting from the existing problems in the current standardization system,research on archives collection,and information barriers between departments,the paper proposes countermeasures of standards for filing archives,collaborative mechanism of archival work,information sharing platform and so on.
