摘　　要：目的探讨鲑鱼降钙素注射液治疗老年骨质疏松的疗效,以及对患者腰背疼痛及骨代谢的影响。方法选取湖北省枣阳市第一人民医院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的老年骨质疏松患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。两组患者均采用常规口服药物治疗,观察组增加肌肉注射鲑鱼降钙素治疗,均治疗6周。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)均降低,骨代谢指标甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平均下降,1,25-二羟维生素D3[1,25-(OH)2D3]水平均升高,股骨颈、腰椎L2~L4骨密度均升高,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗总有效率观察组高于对照组(92.00%比76.00%,P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率相当(28.00%比16.00%,P>0.05)。结论鲑鱼降钙素注射液治疗老年骨质疏松,可缓解患者腰背疼痛,提高骨密度,改善骨代谢,疗效较好,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Salmon Calcitonin Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis and its effect on low back pain and bone metabolism.Methods Totally 100 elderly patients with osteoporosis admitted to Zaoyang First People’s Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with routine oral administration,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given an additional intramuscular injection of salmon calcitonin.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.Results After the treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the level of parathyroid hormone(PTH)was decreased,the level of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3[1,25-(OH)D3]and the bone mineral density of femoral neck and L2-L4 lumbar vertebrae were increased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(92.00%vs.76.00%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups was similar(28.00%vs.16.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion Salmon Calcitonin Injection is effective and safe in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis,it can relieve low back pain,increase bone mineral density,and improve bone metabolism.
