摘  要:为了避免灰尘在户外玻璃上的粘附导致透过率下降的现象,采用溶胶-凝胶法在石英玻璃上制备高透光SiO2/ATO-SiO2双层疏尘薄膜,研究SiO2基层薄膜对薄膜组织和性能的影响;利用原子力显微镜、紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计、霍尔效应测量仪、自制落灰实验装置对薄膜的三维表面形貌进行表征,并对其光电性能、疏尘性能进行了测试。结果表明:SiO2基层影响SiO2/ATO-SiO2双层薄膜的表面形貌,但对表层ATO-SiO2薄膜的方块电阻影响不大;SiO2/ATO-SiO2双层薄膜呈柱状结构生长,透过率高于单层ATO-SiO2薄膜的透过率,约4.15%,并且具有良好的疏尘性能,疏尘性能略优于单层ATO-SiO2薄膜;随着SiO2基层碱催化剂含量的增加,SiO2/ATO-SiO2双层薄膜的粗糙度显著增加,平均可见光透过率先增加后减小,方块电阻先减小后增加,其中,B-2/ATO-SiO2双层薄膜的平均可见光透过率最高,为86.952%,方块电阻最小,为3.74×10^6Ω/sq,疏尘性能最好。In order to avoid the significant transmittance decrease of outdoor glass due to the adhesion of dust,the effects of SiO2 base layer on the structure and properties of the high light-transmitting SiO2/ATO-SiO2 bilayer film prepared on silica glass with sol-gel were studied.The atomic force microscope,ultraviolet-visible-near infrared spectrometer,hall-effect measuring instrument and self-homemade dust falling experimental device were performed to characterize the three-dimensional surface morphology of the film,and its photoelectric properties and dust-removing performance were tested.The results show that the SiO2 base layer affects the surface morphology of the SiO2/ATO-SiO2 bilayer film,but has little effect on its surface square resistance.The SiO2/ATO-SiO2 bilayer film grows in a columnar structure,and its transmittance is higher than that of the single-layer ATO-SiO2 film by about 4.15%,and has good dust-removing performance,which is also slightly better than that of the single-layer ATO-SiO2 film.With the increase of alkali catalyst content in SiO2 base layer,the roughness of the SiO2/ATO-SiO2 bilayer film increases significantly,the average visible light-transmittance first increases and subsequently decreases,the square resistance first decreases and subsequently increases.Among them,B-2/ATO-SiO2 bilayer film has the highest average visible light-transmittance of 86.952%,the smallest square resistance of 3.74×10^6Ω/sq,and the best dust-removing performance.
