儿童大叶性肺炎与微量元素关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童罹患大叶性肺炎与体内五种常见微量元素含量的关系。方法选取上海市浦东新区人民医院2018年7月~2019年6月收治的65例儿童大叶性肺炎患者作为实验组,另选取同期1~12岁来院体检的健康儿童65例作为对照组,对两组儿童体内的微量元素含量进行检测。结果实验组儿童微量元素锌、钙、镁、铁水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组微量元素缺乏者多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组儿童体内微量元素含量与性别无明显相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论儿童微量元素缺乏更易引起呼吸道感染后大叶性肺炎的发生,需重视微量元素的检查及补充,注意儿童的合理饮食,减轻大叶性肺炎给患儿及患儿家属带来的伤害和负担。Objective To explore the relationship between children′s lobar pneumonia and five common trace elements.Methods A total of 65 children who had lobar pneumonia and treated in Shanghai Pudong New Area People′s Hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the experimental group.During the same period,65 healthy children from 1 to 12 years old came to the hospital for healthy checkup as the control group.Trace elements of the two groups were detected.Results The levels of zinc,calcium,magnesium and iron in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The children with trace elements deficiency in the experimental group were more than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between the content of trace elements and sex between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Children with deficiency of trace elements will have a bigger chance to get respiratory system infection and lead to lobar pneumonia,and need to pay attention to the check and supplement of trace element and have children fed with balanced nutrition in order to avoid lobar pneumonia.
