巨大直肠异物嵌顿1例

摘　　要：肛管直肠异物是一种由多种因素引起的肠壁及肠壁周围组织的损伤性疾病,在临床中少见。其主要临床表现为排便障碍、梗阻、疼痛、出血等,甚者可致穿孔、腹膜炎或脓肿形成等一系列并发症。肛管直肠异物嵌顿,一经确诊应尽早手术,并积极处理并发症,以提高治愈率。大部分肛管直肠异物与性自慰有关,本文通过回顾性分析1例因自慰行为导致巨大直肠异物嵌顿的治疗案例,探讨自慰性肛管直肠异物嵌顿的个体化治疗,总结诊疗要点,分享相关临床经验。Anorectal foreign body is an injury disease of the intestinal wall and surrounding tissues caused by many factors,which is rare in clinic.The main clinical manifestations are defecation disorders,obstruction,pain,bleeding,etc.,or even a series of complications such as perforation,peritonitis or abscess formation.The incarcerated anorectal foreign body should be operated as soon as possible once diagnosed,and the complications should be actively managed to improve the cure rate.Most anorectal foreign bodies are related to sexual masturbation.Through retrospective analysis of a case of incarceration of huge rectal foreign bodies caused by masturbation behavior,this paper discusses the individual treatment of incarceration of anorectal foreign bodies caused by masturbation,summarizes the main points of diagnosis and treatment,and shares relevant clinical experience.
