摘 要:目的分析参草通脉颗粒治疗慢性心衰的疗效机理。方法应用冠脉结扎法,制备CHF大鼠模型,应用参草通脉颗粒和赖诺普利对照治疗,测定大鼠血清中Wnt3a、Wnt5a、Wnt11配体蛋白水平。结果模型组大鼠血清中Wnt3a、Wnt5a、Wnt11蛋白水平明显降低;经药物干预后,参草通脉颗粒组和赖诺普利组大鼠血清中Wnt3a、Wnt5a、Wnt11蛋白水平明显升高,且参草通脉颗粒组效果优于赖诺普利组(P<0.01)。结论参草通脉颗粒通过调控经典和非经典Wnt通路,治疗慢性心衰疗效显著。Objective To analyze therapeutic mechanism of Shencao Tongmai granule in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods By adopting coronary artery ligation,the model with CHF rats was prepared.Applied Shencao Tongmai granule and Lisinopril for control treatment and ligand protein levels of Wnt3a,Wnt5a and Wnt11 in the rat serum were determined.Results The protein levels of Wnt3a,Wnt5a and Wnt11 in the serum of model group were significantly reduced.After pharmacological intervention,the protein levels of Wnt3a,Wnt5a and Wnt11 in the rat serums were both significantly increased and its therapeutic effect on rats of Shencao Tongmai granule group were better than that of Lisinopril group(P<0.01).Conclusions Through regulating the classical and non-classical Wnt pathways,Shencao Tongmai granule has significant therapeutic effect on chronic heart failure.
