肝癌患者TACE泵入多柔比星脂质体注射液的不良反应分析与护理干预

摘　　要：目的分析肝癌患者股动脉导管鞘泵入盐酸多柔比星脂质体注射液的不良反应发生原因及护理干预的预防作用。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月本中心收治的106例肝癌患者为研究对象,采用电脑随机抽取方式分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组股动脉导管鞘泵入盐酸多柔比星脂质体注射液进行常规护理,观察组在股动脉导管鞘泵入盐酸多柔比星脂质体注射液进行全面护理干预,对比两组不良反应发生率及护理干预效果。结果观察组滴注反应、胃肠道反应、发热反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度为94.34%,明显高于对照组的79.25%(P<0.05)。结论医护人员应在肝癌患者TACE泵入盐酸多柔比星脂质体注射液前做好药物不良反应预防;泵入时及泵入完毕后,应加强对药物不良反应的监控,及时采取干预措施,降低不良反应发生率,提升整体护理质量。Objective To analyze the causes of adverse reactions in patients with liver cancer which use TACE pumped doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome injection and the preventive effect of nursing intervention.Methods From January 2017 to June 2018,106 patients with liver cancer in our center were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to computer random sampling method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care during the TACE pumped with doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome injection,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention during the TACE pumped with Doxorubicin Hydrochloride liposome injection,and the adverse reaction and nursing intervention effect between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of drip reaction,gastrointestinal reaction,and fever reaction in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate in the observation group(94.34%)was significantly higher than control group(79.25%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical staff should prevent adverse drug reactions before pumping doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome injection during TACE for patients with liver cancer;strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions during and after pumping,and take timely intervention measures,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the overall quality of care.
