摘　　要：目的探讨蒙脱石散与消旋卡多曲颗粒联合治疗病毒性肠炎患儿对其天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年2月至2019年3月本院收治的84例病毒性肠炎患儿的临床资料,根据药物治疗方案的不同分为对照组(基础治疗+蒙脱石散)与观察组(基础治疗+蒙脱石散+消旋卡多曲颗粒),每组42例。两组均连续治疗7 d,观察两组临床症状消失时间及治疗前后AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH水平变化。结果观察组退热、止吐、排便次数及性状恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散与消旋卡多曲颗粒联合治疗病毒性肠炎患儿的临床疗效显著,有利于缩短临床症状消失时间,改善AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH水平。Objective To investigate the effects of montmorillonite powder and racecadotril granules on the levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in children with viral enteritis.Methods The clinical data of 84 cases of viral enteritis treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,according to the different drug treatment plan,they were divided into control group(basic treatment montmorillonite powder)and observation group(basic treatment montmorillonite powder racemic card doqu granule),with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 d,and the clinical symptoms disappeared time and AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH level before and after treatment were observed between two groups.Results The fever,vomiting and defecation times in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,both groups had lower AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH levels than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The synergistic effect of montmorillonite powder and racecadotril granules on children with viral enteritis is significant,to shorten the time of clinical symptoms,improve the level of AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH.
