摘 要:目的探究尿液检测中全自动尿沉渣分析仪联合干化学检测法的应用效果。方法随机选取本院2018年4月至2019年4月采集的276例患者尿液标本为研究对象,比较并分析单一尿干化学检测法、单一全自动尿沉渣分析仪、全自动尿沉渣分析仪联合尿干化学检测法的尿液检测效果,包括白细胞、红细胞、管型等指标,以期证实全自动尿沉渣分析仪联合尿干化学检测法的应用价值。结果全自动尿沉渣分析仪联合尿干化学检测法对白细胞、红细胞、管型的阳性检出率均高于单一尿干化学检测法、单一全自动尿沉渣分析仪,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在尿液检测中联合使用尿干化学法及全自动尿沉渣分析仪,可取得理想的检测效果,能为医生制定合理、有效的治疗方案提供重要依据,可进一步优化治疗效果,提升患者健康水平。Objective To explore the application effect of automatic urine sediment analyzer combined with dry chemical detection method in urine detection.Methods 276 urine samples collected in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.The single urine dry chemical detection method and single automatic urine sediment analyzer were compared and analyzed in order to confirm the application value of the automatic urine sediment analyzer combined with urine dry chemical detection method,the urine detection effect includes white blood cells,red blood cells,tube type and other indicators.Results The positive detection rate of WBC,RBC and tube type by automatic urine sediment analyzer combined with urine dry chemistry detection method was higher than that of single urine dry chemistry detection method and single automatic urine sediment analyzer,and the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Urine dry chemical method and automatic urine sediment analyzer can be used in urine detection to achieve ideal test results,which can provide an important basis for doctors to develop reasonable and effective treatment plans,further optimize treatment effects and improve patient health.
