摘　　要：目的探究地奥司明辅助经皮机械性血栓清除术(PMT)治疗深静脉血栓(DVT)的临床效果及对预后的影响。方法选取本院2016年7月至2018年8月收治的深静脉血栓患者96例,按奇偶数字法分为两组,每组48例。PMT组使用PMT治疗深静脉血栓;DP组使用地奥司明辅助经皮机械性血栓清除术治疗深静脉血栓。比较两组临床治疗效果、肢体周径变化及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,DP组治疗效果显著优于PMT组(P<0.05);DP组患者肢体周径显著小于PMT组(P<0.05);DP组不良反应发生率明显低于PMT组(P<0.05)。结论地奥司明辅助PMT治疗深静脉血栓与单一PMT治疗比较,治疗效果更佳,不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect analysis of diosmin assisted percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy(PMT)in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)and its influence on prognosis.Methods The patients with deep vein thrombosis admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to August 2018 were selected and they were divided into two groups according to the odd-even number method,with 48 cases in each group.The PMT group was treated with PMT for deep vein thrombosis;the DP group was treated with diosmin assisted percutaneous mechanical thromboplasty for deep vein thrombosis.The clinical treatment effect,limb circumference changes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the treatment effect of the DP group was significantly higher than that of the PMT group(P<0.05);the circumference of the limbs of the DP group was significantly smaller than that of the PMT group(P<0.05);the occurrence of secondary effects in the DP group was significantly lower than that of the PMT group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diosmin assisted PMT in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis has better therapeutic effect and fewer adverse reactions compared with single PMT,and it is worthy of clinical application.
