摘 要:目的探讨空腹静脉血标本放置时间不同对其常规生化检验结果的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月需开展血液受检人员100例,按照标本放置时间分为A组(放置1 h)、B组(放置3 h)、C组(放置5 h)。分析放置不同时间的空腹静脉血液标本尿素氮、血糖、总蛋白、谷草转氨酶与碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶、钾离子、钠离子、氯离子及标本合理率。结果AB两组常规生化检验结果比较差异无统计学意义;C组尿素氮、血糖、总蛋白、谷草转氨酶与碱性磷酸酶及谷丙转氨酶指标与A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而C组三酰甘油、总胆红素指标与A组比较差异无统计学意义;A组钾、钠、氯离子指标与B组比较差异无统计学意义;C组钾、钠、氯离子指标与A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组合格率与B组比较差异无统计学意义;C组合格率80%,低于A组的100%,B组的93%(P<0.05)。结论空腹静脉血液标本放置时间越长对常规生化检验结果产生的影响越大,检验准确率越低,易误导临床诊断,应在采集标本后3 h内实施检验工作,以提高检验结果的可靠性与准确性。Objective To investigate the influence of different placement time of fasting venous blood samples on the results of routine biochemical tests.Methods 100 blood test subjects were selected from March 2018 to March 2020,and they were divided into Group A(1 h),Group B(3 h)and Group C(5 h)according to the time of specimen placement.The effects of different time of placing fasting venous blood samples on urea nitrogen,blood glucose,total protein,alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase,alanine aminotransferase,potassium ion,sodium ion,chloride ion and reasonability rate were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between group A and group B in the results of routine biochemical tests;the indexes of urea nitrogen,blood sugar,total protein,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase and alanine aminotransferase in group C were significantly different from those in group A(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference in triacylglycerol and total bilirubin between group C and group A.There was no significant difference in potassium,sodium and chloride ions between group A and group B.There was statistically significant difference in potassium,sodium and chloride ions between group C and group A(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the pass rate between group A and group B.The pass rate of group C was 80%,which was lower than that of group A(100%)and Group B(93%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The longer the time of placing the fviv blood samples,the greater the influence on the results of routine biochemical tests,the lower the accuracy of the tests,and the misleading clinical diagnosis.Therefore,the tests should be carried out within 3 h after the samples are collected to improve the reliability and accuracy of the test results.
