摘　　要：目的构建基于eCASH理念的ICU机械通气患者管理方案。方法以eCASH理念为指导,通过文献回顾,初步拟定ICU机械通气患者管理方案,并对20名专家进行2轮德尔菲专家咨询。结果2轮专家咨询最终形成2个一级条目、7个二级条目和53个三级条目的ICU机械通气患者管理方案,其中专家权威系数为0.735和0.750,专家协调系数为0.257和0.309。结论本研究为ICU机械通气患者的管理提供借鉴,结果可靠,具有一定的可行性。Objective To construct the management plan of mechanical ventilation patients based on eCASH concept.Method Preliminary formulate ICU mechanical ventilation management program through literature review based on eCASH concept.20 experts participated in using Delphi method.Result After 2 round of consultations,the management of ICU mechanical ventilation eventually formed which consist of 2 first level indexes,7 second level indexes and 53 third level indexes.The coefficients of authority were 0.735 and 0.750.The experts'coordination coefficients were 0.257 and 0.309 respectively.Conclusion The study provides reference for the management of ICU mechanical ventilation patients.The results are reliable and have certain feasibility.
