摘 要:采用自制烷氧基含硅材料作为保护材料,对模拟砂岩质岩土文物的圆柱状重塑试样进行了毛细渗透加固,借鉴文物保护行业标准《砂岩质文物防风化材料保护效果评估方法》测试了保护材料的渗透高度、试样表面色泽变化、表面回弹硬度,并观察了试样在水中浸泡时的崩解现象,评价了可溶盐对试样的劣化作用。结果表明,在重塑试样中渗透5 min后,保护材料的最大渗透高度为12 mm,干燥后试样表面色泽基本无变化,固化2周后试样的表面回弹硬度提高10%,试样可有效抵抗水的软化和可溶盐的劣化。当渗透时间达到7 h时,保护材料的渗透高度大于20 mm,但试样表面颜色明显加深。Using self-made alkoxy-silicon-containing materials as the protective materials,capillary penetration reinforcement has been carried out on the cylindrical remodeled sample that simulates sandstone rock and soil cultural relics.Referring to the cultural relic protection industry standard of"Evaluation method for the protection effect of sandstone cultural relics weathered materials",the penetration depth of the protective materials,the change of the surface color,the rebound hardness of the surface,and the disintegration phenomenon of the sample has been observed by immersing in water,and the deterioration of the dissolved salt on the sample has been evaluated.The results show that the maximum capillary height can reach as high as 12 mm after 5 minutes′penetration,there is little variation on surface color when the sample is dried.After curing for 2 weeks,the rebound hardness of the sample surface increases 10%,thus the sample can effectively resist the softening of water and the soluble salt.However,after 7 hours of capillary penetration,the penetration height of the protective materials is greater than 20 mm,but the surface color of sample is obviously darkened.
