速灭威对七星瓢虫的急性毒性及风险评估

摘　　要：采用药膜法测定了速灭威对七星瓢虫的毒性效应,并评估了其在农田使用时对瓢虫的风险。结果表明,速灭威对七星瓢虫第11d羽化时幼虫死亡率的LR 50为18.8 g a.i./hm 2,存活幼虫100%羽化。风险评估结果显示,现有登记的两种速灭威单剂在稻田使用时外农田对瓢虫的风险可接受,对农田内瓢虫的风险不可接受。The acute toxicity of metolcarb to Coccinellaseptempunctata was determined by residual film method in glass tube in laboratory,and the risk in the field was also evaluated.The results showed that the LR50 value was 18.8g a.i.·/hm^2 and the eclosion rate of survived larves were 100%.The results of risk assessment indicated that the risk was acceptable to the ladybird in the non-targeted adjacent fields and unacceptable to those in the targeted field when either of the two registered metolcarb formulations was used in paddy field.
