中药联合孟鲁司特钠治疗呼吸道病毒感染诱发儿童喘息急性发作的临床疗效及安全性观察的研究

摘　　要：目的:进一步探明中药联合孟鲁司特钠治疗呼吸道病毒感染诱发儿童喘息急性发作的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将70例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例,观察主要症状及肺部体征的起效时间和缓解时间;同时观察实验室指标的变化及临床不良反应。结果:治疗组平均热退时间明显短于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗组在咳嗽起效时间、呼吸急促缓解时间方面略快于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗组咳嗽咳痰及肺部体征缓解时间均明显优于对照组,有极其显著的统计学差异(P<0.001)。在治疗后总积分、平均积分改善率及临床痊愈率方面,治疗组均明显优于对照组。对照组出现3例不良反应,治疗组未出现不良反应;两组患儿复查血常规及肝肾功能均在正常范围。结论:治疗组具有较好的退热效果,具有相同甚或略优于对照组的止咳、平喘作用,具有明显优于对照组的化痰作用,同时费用更低、安全性更高。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of TCM medicine with montelukast sodium on acute asthma attack induced by respiratory virus infection in children.Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,35 patients in each group.Results:The average heat retreat time in the treatment group was significantly shorter(P<0.001).The treatment group was slightly faster than the control group in terms of cough onset time and breath shortness relief time,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).In the treatment group,the time of cough,sputum and lung signs relief were significantly better(P<0.001).The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of total points,average points improvement rate and clinical recovery rate after treatment.There were 3 cases of adverse reactions in the control group and no adverse reactions in the treatment group.Blood routine,and the liver and kidney function in the groups were reviewed and were both in the normal ranges.Conclusion:The treatment group showed better antipyretic effect.Compared with the control group,the treatment group gained identical or slightly superior effects in relieving cough and asthma,was obviously superior to the control group in resolving phlegm,and was also cheaper and safer.
