化瘀胶囊配合消肿方外敷治疗Pilon骨折肿痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨化瘀胶囊配合冰镇消肿方外敷对Pilon骨折早期肿胀、疼痛、减少术后并发症的治疗效果。方法:将2018年10月-2019年10月住院治疗的60例Pilon骨折Ⅱ、Ⅲ型患者随机分配到对照组或试验组,每组均为30例,对照组予骨科常规治疗配合化瘀胶囊口服,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上增加冰镇消肿方外敷,对比分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果:两组患者入院3天后患肢肿胀的程度均比入院时加重,试验组的肿胀程度小于对照组;两组患者入院3天后的视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分较入院时有明显改善,其中试验组优于对照组,疼痛较入院时得到明显改善,入院7天后两组患者患肢肿胀改善程度及VAS评分均比入院时有明显改善,皮肤的皱褶出现时间以及等待手术的时间明显缩短,试验组并发症减少情况优于对照组。结论:应用化瘀胶囊配合消肿方外敷能够有效减少Pilon骨折早期的肿胀和疼痛,缩短疗程、疗效确切。Objective:To explore the clinical application of the Huayu capsule(化瘀胶囊)and the detumescence prescription in the treatment of early swelling and pain after Pilon fracture and reducing postoperative complications.Methods:60 patients were randomly assigned to the control group and experimental group,30 cases in each.The control group received conventional orthopedic treatment with the Huayu capsule,and the experimental group was given detumescence prescription more.Results:The swelling of the affected limbs in two groups was worse than that at 3 days after admission,and the swelling degree in the experimental group was light than the control group.VAS scores in two groups at 3 days after admission were significantly improved compared with admission,and that in the experimental group was better than the control group.In two groups,the pain was significantly improved compared to that at admission.Seven days after admission,the improvement of the swelling of the affected limb and the VAS score in two groups were improved compared with that at admission.The appearance time of skin wrinkles and the waiting time for surgery were significantly shortened.Complications in the experimental group were fewer than the control group.Conclusion:The Huayu capsule and external medicine with detumescence prescription can effectively reduce the early swelling and pain after Pilon fracture,and shorten the course.
