骨空针减压轻手法松筋平衡整脊治疗单纯性胸腰椎骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨空针减压轻手法松筋平衡整脊治疗单纯性胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2017年4月-2019年9月我院收治的单纯性胸腰椎骨折患者100例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,各50例。对照组患者接受卧硬板床腰背部垫软枕疗法,治疗组患者接受骨空针减压、轻手法松筋、平衡整脊调曲的联合应用治疗。对两组患者包括Cobb角、伤椎前后缘高度比值、Worter指数在内的影像学参数,视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分等进行对比分析。结果:接受不同治疗后,两组患者Cobb角、伤椎前后缘高度比值、Worter指数等影像学指标以及VAS评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)评分均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05)。进一步两两比较结果显示,治疗8周后治疗组患者Cobb角、伤椎前后缘高度比值、Worter指数均优于对照组患者(P<0.05),VAS评分和ODI评分均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:骨空针减压轻手法松筋平衡整脊治疗单纯性胸腰椎骨折能够显著改善患者的临床症状。本方法价廉高效,操作简便,患者痛苦少,接受度高。此外,与外科治疗相比,本方法还能够大幅减轻患者的经济负担,具有较高的社会效益。Objective:To explore the effects of osseous lacuna needle decompression plus gentle manipulation of loose tendons and balanced chiropractic on simple thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:From April 2017 to September 2019,100 patients with simple thoracolumbar fractures were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received a soft pillow on the waist and back of the bed.The patients in the treatment group received the combined treatment of osseous lacuna needle decompression plus gentle manipulation of loose tendons and balance chiropractic.Results:After different treatment,the Cobb angle,the ratio of the height of the anterior and posterior edge of the injured vertebrae,the worter index and other imaging indexes,as well as the VAS score and ODI score in the two groups were improved(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the Cobb angle,the height ratio of the anterior and posterior edge of the injured vertebrae and the worter index in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS scores and ODI scores were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment method of simple thoracolumbar fracture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.This method is cheap and efficient,easy to operate,with less pain and high acceptance.In addition,compared with surgical treatment,this method can also significantly reduce the economic burden of patients,with higher social benefits.
