伤筋痹痛散热敷联合微针刀浅筋膜层松解术治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者的近期随访研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨伤筋痹痛散热敷联合微针刀浅筋膜层松解术治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者的临床效果。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年9月我院寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者72例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组予以微针刀浅筋膜层松解术治疗,研究组予以伤筋痹痛散热敷联合微针刀浅筋膜层松解术治疗,比较两组临床治愈率、治疗前后病情程度[采用西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)量表评分]、膝关节功能(Lequesne指数)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:研究组临床治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3周后两组WOMAC、Lequesne指数评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗1周后、2周后、3周后研究组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:伤筋痹痛散热敷联合微针刀浅筋膜层松解术治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者,近期病情程度、膝关节功能恢复效果显著,还能减轻疼痛,提高临床治愈率。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of hot application with Shangjin Bitong San(伤筋痹痛散)plus micro-needle knife superficial fascia release on knee osteoarthritis of the Hanshi Bizu type(寒湿痹阻型).Methods:72 patients were divided into two groups by random number table,36 cases in each.The control group was treated by micro-needle knife superficial fascia,and the study group was treated by hot application with Shangjin Bitong San more.Results:The clinical cure rate in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,the WOMAC and Lequesne index scores in groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks of treatment,VAS scores in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hot application with Shangjin Bitong San plus micro-needle knife superficial fascia release on knee osteoarthritis of the Hanshi Bizu type shows significant effects on ameliarating recent illness degree and knee function recovery,can relieve pain and improve clinical effects.
