循膀胱经推拿法治疗退行性腰椎不稳症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察循膀胱经推拿治疗退行性腰椎不稳症的效果。方法:选择32例退行性腰椎不稳症患者,均以腰腿痛、活动障碍为主要症状,按随机数字法分为治疗组和对照组,每组16例。对照组:健康宣教联合常规推拿;治疗组:健康宣教联合循膀胱经推拿。治疗前后按视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分法(ODI)进行评定。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);ODI评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。组间对比,治疗后治疗组VAS评分明显降低,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后ODI评分均明显提高,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循膀胱经推拿治疗退行性腰椎不稳症疗效显著,且强于常规推拿。Objective:To observe the effect of massage along bladder meridian on degenerative lumbar instability.Methods:32 cases were divided into the treatment group and control group.The control group was given health education plus regular massage.The treatment group was given health education plus massage along bladder meridian.Results:VAS scores in both groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).ODI score was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).VAS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).ODI scores were significantly higher after treatment than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage along bladder meridian is more effective on degenerative lumbar instability.
