自拟中药汤剂联合西药治疗急性盆腔炎患者疗效观察及其安全性

摘　　要：目的:分析联合自拟中药汤剂及西药对急性盆腔炎的疗效和安全性。方法:采用分层抽样法抽选2018年1月-2019年8月我院68例急性盆腔炎患者纳入本次实验,并用均等双盲划分法将其中34例纳进对照组(予以左氧氟沙星),剩余34例纳进观察组(于对照组前提下加以自拟中药汤剂),统计并比较两组于不同治疗方案下的总有效率、治疗前后炎性包块直径、盆腔积液深度、中医症状积分、血清肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)以及C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)水平、体温正常时间、住院时间、全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率、红细胞压积与不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率比对照组更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组炎性包块直径及盆腔积液深度、中医症状积分与TNF-α、IL-6、CRP、全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率及红细胞压积等指标水平差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的炎性包块直径比对照组更小,盆腔积液深度、中医症状积分与TNF-α、IL-6、CRP、全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率、红细胞压积等指标水平比对照组更低,体温正常时间及住院时间比对照组更短(P<0.05)。两组不良反应情况差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:予以急性盆腔患者自拟中药汤剂及西药疗效显著,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of the combination of TCM decoction and western medicine on acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:68 patients were selected by stratified sampling method,and 34 cases were included into the control group(given levofloxacin)and the remaining 34 cases were included in the observation group(treated with self-made TCM decoction more).Results:The effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the diameter of inflammatory mass in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,the depth of pelvic effusion,TCM syndrome score,TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP levels,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,platelet aggregation rate,hematocrit were significantly lower than the control group,and the normal temperature time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:TCM decoction and Western medicine on acute pelvic inflammatory disease show a significant effect,is safe and worthy of clinical application.
