安胎饮口服配合黄体酮治疗对早期先兆流产患者性激素水平及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析安胎饮口服配合黄体酮治疗对早期先兆流产患者性激素水平及预后的影响。方法:选取医院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的早期先兆流产患者50例,经随机数字表法将其分成常规组及联合组,每组25例。常规组患者接受黄体酮治疗,联合组患者接受安胎饮口服配合黄体酮治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、性激素水平、不良反应、中医证候积分、中医证候疗效。结果:常规组及联合组患者临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者孕酮(Progesterone,P)、雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin,β-HCG)水平高于常规组(P<0.05)。联合组患者不良反应率高于常规组(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。联合组正常分娩率高于常规组(P<0.05),异常分娩率低于常规组(P<0.05),流产率低于常规组(P>0.05)。治疗前两组患者阴道流血、小腹坠痛、腰酸胀痛、两膝酸软、头晕耳鸣、夜尿频多积分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后联合组患者阴道流血、小腹坠痛、腰酸胀痛、两膝酸软、头晕耳鸣、夜尿频多积分低于常规组(P<0.05)。联合组患者阴道流血、小腹坠痛、腰酸胀痛、两膝酸软、头晕耳鸣、夜尿频多的总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05),且常规组与联合组组内总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安胎饮口服配合黄体酮治疗早期先兆流产能明显提升患者的性激素水平及预后,减少异常分娩及流产发生,提高临床疗效,推荐使用。Objective:To investigate effect of Antai Yin(安胎饮)and progesterone on sex hormone levels and prognosis in patients with early threatened abortion.Methods:50 cases were randomly divided into two groups,each with 25 cases.The routine group received progesterone,while the combined group received Antai Yin more.Results:The clinical efficacy showed a significant difference between groups(P<0.05).The levels of P,E2 andβ-HCG in the combined group were higher than the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was higher than the routine group,with no statistic difference(P>0.05).The combined group had higher normal delivery rate(P<0.05),lower abnormal delivery rate(P<0.05)and abortion rate(P>0.05)than the routine group.The scores of vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain,ache and weakness of the lumbus and knees,dizziness,tinnitus and polyuria were decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and in the combined group were lower than the routine group(P<0.05).The total efficacy was higher in the combined group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Antai Yin with progesterone can effectively improve sex hormone level and prognosis,reduce abnormal delivery and abortion,which is worthy of recommendation.
