芪冬白玉汤对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及神经内分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究芪冬白玉汤对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及神经内分泌的影响。方法:选取120例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机对照原则分成西药组60例,给予西药治疗;联合组60例,在西药组治疗基础上加用芪冬白玉汤治疗。12周后比较两组心功能、神经内分泌及中医证候积分变化情况。结果:治疗12周后,联合组左心室收缩末期内径(Left Ventricular End Systolic Diameter,LVESD)、左室舒张末内径(Left Ventricular End Diastolic Diameter,LVEDD)、脑利尿钠肽(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)、血管紧张素II(Angiotensin II,AngII)、醛固酮(Aldosterone,ALD)、中医证候积分低于西药组,左心室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪冬白玉汤辅助西药治疗慢性心力衰竭患者效果更好,患者心功能及神经内分泌改善更明显,有效降低中医证候积分,值得推广。Objective:To study the effect of the Qidong Baiyu decoction(芪冬白玉汤)on cardiac function and neuroendocrine in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:120 cases were selected and divided into the western medicine group according to the principle of randomized control,60 patients were treated with western medicine.60 patients in the combined group were treated with the Qidong Baiyu decoction more.After 12 weeks,the changes of heart function,neuroendocrine and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups were compared.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,LVESD,LVEDD,BNP,Angiotensin II,Aldosterone and TCM syndrome scores in the combined group were lower than the western medicine group,and LVEF was higher than the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qidong Baiyu decoction plus western medicine is more effective on chronic heart failure,the patients’heart function and neuroendocrine are improved more obviously,and the TCM syndrome score is effectively reduced,which is worthy of promotion.
