滋阴解毒汤联合常规放射治疗头颈部肿瘤患者的临床效果及其不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的:分析滋阴解毒汤联合常规放射治疗头颈部肿瘤患者的效果。方法;将2018年1月-2019年1月期间我院收治的100例头颈部肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规放射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予滋阴解毒汤治疗。对比两组患者治疗有效率和不良反应发生率。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的治疗有效率更高,不良反应发生率更低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量调查量表(QLQ-C30)评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组免疫功能显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴解毒汤联合常规放射对头颈部肿瘤患者具有显著疗效,能够有效降低不良反应发生率,使用价值高,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of the Ziyin Jiedu decoction(滋阴解毒汤)plus conventional radiotherapy on head and neck tumors.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,50 cases in each.The control group received conventional radiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with the Ziyin Jiedu decoction more.Results:Compared with the control group,the efficiency in the observation group was higher,and the adverse reactions was lower,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The QLQ-C30 score in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the immune function in the observation group was significantly better,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Ziyin Jiedu decoction plus conventional radiation shows a significant effect on head and neck tumors,can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,has high value,and is worthy of promotion.
