盐酸西替利嗪口服溶液联合除湿止痒洗液治疗小儿急性湿疹的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析研究盐酸西替利嗪口服溶液联合除湿止痒洗液治疗小儿急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:此次研究对象均为2018年9月-2019年10月纳入的急性湿疹患儿,共计80例,以随机数字表法实施分组,分别是对照组40例(单独予其盐酸西替利嗪口服溶液治疗)和研究组40例(予其盐酸西替利嗪口服溶液联合除湿止痒洗液治疗),比较两组总体治疗效果、免疫功能改善情况及白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)、γ干扰素(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)水平。结果:在治疗总有效率的比较上,研究组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(Immunoglobulin M,IgM)水平的比较上,两组治疗后均有所升高,但研究组的升高幅度较之对照组更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后IL-4、IFN-γ水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗小儿急性湿疹的过程中联合应用盐酸西替利嗪口服溶液及除湿止痒洗液,可促使治疗效果得到进一步优化,患儿机体免疫功能改善效果更佳,从而促进患儿更快康复,具有推广价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of cetirizine hydrochloride oral solution with dehumidifying and antipruritic lotion on acute eczema in children.Methods:80 cases from September 2018 to October 2019 were divided into groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in the control group(took cetirizine hydrochloride oral solution alone)and 40 cases in the study group(received dehumidifying and antipruritic lotion more).Results:The total efficiency in the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG,and IgM in both groups were increased after treatment,but the increase in the study group was more significant,P<0.05.The levels of IL-4 and IFN-γin the study group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cetirizine hydrochloride oral solution plus dehumidifying and antipruritic lotion on acute eczema in children can further optimize the treatment effect,improve the immune function of the children,and promote rehabilitation,with widely application value.
