摘  要:近年来,在治疗骨质疏松症的相关中药对于信号通路调节作用的研究中,发现了多种中药中的成分对于各种信号通路的作用机制,但大多是关于补益类、活血类药物的研究,苦寒类中药的研究分析相对较少,属于中医中药治疗骨质疏松症较为空白的部分。通过对黄芩、丹参、黄柏、生地黄、虎杖等苦寒类中药治疗骨质疏松症的临床使用情况以及其提取物作用的观察,通过对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的激活作用,能有效提高成骨细胞的活性,部分抑制破骨细胞的作用。目前,苦寒类中药治疗骨质疏松症具有相当的潜力,但其临床应用方法与有效成分制药还有待进一步探明。In recent years,in the research of osteoporosis-related TCM medicines on the regulation of signaling pathways,a variety of TCM medicines have been found to act on various signaling pathways,but most of them are about the fonic medicine and the promoting blood TCM medicine.Relatively little research and analysis of the bitter and cold TCM medicine,belongs to the relatively blank part of osteoporosis treatment of TCM medicine.By observing the clinical use of Scutellaria baicalensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Phellodendron,Radix Rehmanniae,Polygonum cuspidatum and other bitter and cold type of medicine on osteoporosis and the effect of its extracts,the activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway can effectively improve.The activity of osteoblasts partially inhibits the role of osteoclasts.At present,the bitter and cold TCM medicine has considerable potential on osteoporosis,but its clinical application method and active ingredient pharmaceuticals need to be further explored.
