预曝气对造纸废水厌氧处理系统运行性能的影响

摘  要:介绍了厌氧前端预曝气工段在景兴纸业造纸废水处理中的实际应用。造纸废水具有硬度高、COD高、难降解的有机污染物种类多等特点,通过厌氧前预曝气处理,一方面使得厌氧出水VFA、COD及毒性物质浓度下降明显;另一方面也能够很好改善厌氧颗粒污泥的钙化率与活性。实践表明,采用预曝气+厌氧工艺对造纸废水进行处理,既能高效去除COD又能明显提高企业的经济效益。The practical application of pre-aeration process before anaerobic reactors in the treatment of papermaking wastewater in Jingxing Paper Co.Ltd.was introduced in this paper.Paper-making wastewater has the characteristics of high hardness,high COD,and the variety for the difficult degradable organic pollutants.Through pre-aeration treatment before anaerobic treatment,on the one hand,the concentration of VFA,COD and toxic substances in anaerobic effluent decreased significantly;on the other hand,the calcification rate and activity of anaerobic granular sludge were also improved.Results show that pre-aeration and anaerobic process can not only remove COD efficiently,but also significantly improve economic benefits.
