摘　　要：目的分析促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)对子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者经腹腔镜治疗后的影响。方法选取许昌市人民医院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的120例子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组实施腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予GnRH-a治疗。对比两组治疗效果、妊娠情况及治疗前后性激素水平[促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)]。结果观察组治疗总有效率(98.33%)明显高于对照组(86.67%),差异显著(P<0.05);观察组妊娠率(65.00%)显著高于对照组(46.67%),差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前,两组FSH、E2、LH水平对比,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FSH、E2、LH水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 GnRH-a能有效改善子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者的治疗效果,降低激素水平,提高妊娠率,具有良好的应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists on patients with endometriosis associated infertility after laparoscopic treatment.Methods A total of 120 patients with endometriosis in Xuchang People's hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group(60 cases each).The control group was treated with laparoscopy.The observation group was treated with GnRH-a on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect,pregnancy and sex hormone levels(FSH,E2,LH)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(98.33%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.67%,P<0.05),and the pregnancy rate(65.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(46.67%,P<0.05),Before treatment,the levels of FSH,E2 and LH in the two groups were compared,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),after treatment,the levels of FSH,E2 and LH in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion GnRH-a can effectively improve the treatment effect of endometriosis patients with infertility,reduce hormone levels,increase pregnancy rate,and has good application value.
