综合内科护理在门诊肺结核合并大咯血患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合内科护理在门诊肺结核合并大咯血患者中的应用效果。方法本次纳入对象为我院肺结核内科2019年3月至2020年3月收治的72例肺结核合并大咯血患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各36例,其中对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取综合内科护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组咯血量少于对照组,咯血停止时间短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组再次咯血率与并发症发生率明显低于对照组(χ2=4.600、5.675,P=0.032、0.017);观察组总体依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.400,P=0.011);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.754,P=0.005)。结论对门诊肺结核合并大咯血患者实施综合内科护理可增强护理效果,快速有效止血,并降低并发症发生率,同时提高患者治疗依从性与护理满意度。Objective To explore the comprehensive medical nursing measures for outpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with massive hemoptysis. Methods A total of 72 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with massive hemoptysis admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into two groups, 36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given comprehensive medical care. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The hemoptysis volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the stop time of hemoptysis was shorter than that of the control group(P <0.05);the hemoptysis rate and complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(χ~2=4.600/5.675, P =0.032/0.017);the overall compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, with statistical difference(χ~2=6.400, P =0.011). The nursing satisfaction of the group was significantly higher than that the control group(χ~2=7.754, P =0.005). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive medical nursing for outpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with massive hemoptysis can enhance the nursing effect, quickly and effectively stop bleeding, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient compliance and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
