摘　　要：目的分析血液透析联合血液灌流在血液透析皮肤瘙痒患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年8月至2020年8月医院收治的36例患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组18例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在血液透析的基础之上联合血液灌流治疗方法,对比两组症状改善情况和治疗效果。结果观察组患者症状改善情况、治疗总有效率、护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论血液透析联合血液灌流对于血液透析皮肤瘙痒患者有良好的治疗效果,可显著改善患者的瘙痒程度,提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in patients with skin pruritus on hemodialysis. Methods A total of 36 patients admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 18 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion. The symptom improvement and treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The symptom improvement, total effective rate of treatment, and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion has a good therapeutic effect on patients with pruritus on hemodialysis, which can significantly improve the degree of pruritus, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
