螺旋CT三维重建在胫骨平台骨折修复中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的评价螺旋CT三维重建用于胫骨平台骨折修复中的价值,为骨科疾病诊断、治疗工作提供参考。方法选择我院骨科2019年4月至2020年5月诊治的80例胫骨平台骨折修复患者,经伦理委员会批准。根据检查方法分组,即采取螺旋CT三维重建的观察组与采取X线检查的对照组,均经手术病理验证。对比分析不同方法检查后的胫骨平台骨折定型准确率、骨折类型准确率情况。结果经手术最终证实后,观察组受检患者的胫骨平台骨折定型(Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型、Ⅴ型、Ⅵ型)准确率均明显高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组踝间隆突骨折、腓骨小头骨折类型准确率均明显高于对照组,P <0.05。结论与X线检查比较,螺旋CT三维重建用于胫骨平台骨折修复中,具有较高的诊断效率,可以准确进行胫骨平台骨折分型,为疾病早期治疗提供参考。Objective To evaluate the value of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the repair of tibial plateau fractures, so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic diseases. Methods Eighty cases of tibial plateau fracture repair patients treated in our hospital from April 2019 to May 2020 were selected and approved by the ethics committee. Divided into two groups according to the examination methods, the observation group that underwent helical CT three-dimensional reconstruction and the control group that underwent X-ray examination were all confirmed by surgery and pathology. To compare and analyze the setting accuracy and fracture type accuracy of tibial plateau fractures examined by different methods. Results After the final confirmed by surgery, observation group patients with tibial plateau fracture shape(Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ) accuracy were significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.05). In addition, the accuracy of intermalleolar carina fracture and fibular microcephaly fracture in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with X-ray examination, spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the repair of tibial plateau fracture has a higher diagnostic efficiency and can accurately classify tibial plateau fracture, providing a reference for the early treatment of the disease.
