洛索洛芬联合曲马多缓释片治疗腰椎间盘突出所致疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价腰椎间盘突出所致疼痛患者行洛索洛芬联合曲马多缓释片治疗的可行性,为腰椎间盘突出所致疼痛患者用药治疗提供参考。方法选择我院2017年9月至2019年1月收治治疗的腰椎间盘突出所致疼痛患者总计92例。结合用药方案将其分为对照组与联合组。对照组46例患者采取洛索洛芬治疗,联合组46例患者采取洛索洛芬联合曲马多缓释片治疗。对比对照组与联合组腰椎间盘突出所致疼痛患者治疗后临床效果、疼痛状况、凝血指标、不良反应发生率。结果联合组患者治疗后总有效率高于对照组,治疗后疼痛评分少于对照组,P <0.05。两组患者凝血指标以及安全性比较,无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。结论对比单一用药,腰椎间盘突出所致疼痛患者采取洛索洛芬联合曲马多缓释片治疗兼具安全性与有效性,更好地改善了患者的疼痛状况,提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of loxoprofen combined with tramadol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of pain caused by lumbar disc herniation, and to provide a reference for the treatment of pain caused by lumbar disc herniation. Methods From September 2017 to January 2019, 92 patients with pain caused by lumbar disc herniation were selected. Ninety-two patients with pain caused by lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into control group and combined group. Forty-six patients in the control group were treated with loxoprofen and 46 patients in the combined group were treated with loxoprofen and tramadol sustained-release tablets. Compared with the control group and the combined group, the clinical effect, pain status, coagulation index and adverse reaction rate of patients with lumbar disc herniation pain after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group, and the pain score was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). The coagulation indexes and safety of the two groups were compared, there was no significcant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with single drug, the treatment of pain caused by lumbar disc herniation with losoprofen and tramadol sustained-release tablets is safe and effective, which can better improve the patients’ pain status and improve their quality of life.
