补肾乐眠汤治疗围绝经期妇女顽固性失眠患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究补肾乐眠汤治疗围绝经期妇女顽固性失眠患者的临床效果。方法选取86例围绝经期顽固性失眠患者作为研究对象,均为2019年1月至2020年5月在我院治疗,基于平行、单盲、随机对照设计原则进行分组,每组43例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予补肾乐眠汤治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.35%)明显高于对照组(79.07%)(P <0.05);治疗前,两组各项匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、Kupperman评分、中医证候积分比较均无差异(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组各项PSQI评分、Kupperman评分、中医证候积分均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论补肾乐眠汤治疗围绝经期妇女顽固性失眠患者的疗效显著,可有效改善患者的失眠症状,减轻患者的病情。Objective To explore the clinical effect of bushen lemian decoction in treating refractory insomnia patients in perimenopausal women. Methods A total of 86 patients with perimenopausal intractable insomnia treated in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the subjects. Based on parallel, single blind, randomized controlled design principles, 43 cases each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, the observation group was treated with bushen lemian decoction. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.35%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(79.07%)(P<0.05);before treatment, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) scores, Kupperman scores, and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups there was no difference in comparison(P >0.05);after treatment, the PSQI score, Kupperman score, and TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Bushen lemian decoction is effective in treating refractory insomnia in perimenopausal women, it can effectively improve the symptoms of insomnia and alleviate the patient’s condition.
