流程化护理对胃肠镜检查术中患者心理的影响

摘　　要：目的分析流程化护理模式应用于胃肠镜检查术的效果。方法取2018年1月至2018年12月本院124例胃肠检查术患者,设置常规组62例,行常规内镜检查护理,另62例归为试验组,采用流程化护理,对比两组护理效果。结果试验组焦虑评分及抑郁评分均低于常规组,P <0.05;试验组平均麻醉药物使用剂量、胃肠镜检查耗费的时间均少于常规组,P <0.05;试验组总不良事件发生率低于常规组,P <0.05。结论与常规内镜检查护理相比,流程化护理的实施更有利于改善患者心理状态,有利于减少麻醉药物使用量,缩短检查耗时,并降低不良事件发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of the application of flow nursing model in gastrointestinal endoscopy. Methods From January 2018 to December 2018, 124 patients with gastrointestinal examination in our hospital were selected, and 62 patients in the conventional group received routine endoscopic examination and nursing, the remaining 62 patients were classified as the experimental group, and adopted process-based nursing. Compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The anxiety score and depression score of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group, P <0.05;the average anesthetic dosage and gastroscopy time of the experimental group were less than those of the conventional group, P <0.05;the total incidence of adverse events of the experimental group was lower than that of the conventional group, P <0.05. Conclusion Compared with routine endoscopic nursing, the implementation of flow nursing is more conducive to improving the psychological state of patients, reducing the use of anesthetics, shortening the examination time, and reducing the incidence of adverse events.
