优质护理服务对肛肠手术患者疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的分析肛肠手术患者实施优质护理服务的效果及对患者疼痛的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年4月于我院接受肛肠手术的100例患者,依据入院先后顺序进行分组,将先入院的50例患者纳入对照组,给予常规护理,将后入院的50例患者纳入观察组,给予优质护理服务,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组术后24、48、72 h的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论针对肛肠手术病患实施优质护理服务有助于提高临床护理效果,改善患者的负面情绪,减轻术后疼痛程度,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing service on anorectal surgery patients and its impact on pain. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent anorectal surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to April 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission, 50 patients who were admitted first were included in the control group and given routine nursing, 50 patients who were admitted later were included in the observation group and given high-quality nursing service. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) scores of the observation group at 24, 48 and 72 hours after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing service for patients with anorectal surgery is conducive to improve the clinical nursing effect, improve the negative emotions of patients, reduce the degree of postoperative pain, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing service.
