摘　　要：目的探究肿瘤化疗专科护理对降低肿瘤化疗患者中心静脉置管感染的价值。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月医院收治的98例肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,将其中49例应用常规护理干预的患者纳入对照组,将其余49例应用专科护理干预的患者纳入研究组,比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组一次置管成功率高于对照组,感染发病率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论针对肿瘤化疗患者采用专科护理干预可有效提高一次置管成功率,预防感染,护理效果显著。Objective To explore the value of specialized nursing in tumor chemotherapy to reduce the infection of central venous catheterization. Methods A total of 98 cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to the hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. Among them, 49 patients who applied conventional nursing intervention were included in the control group, and the remaining 49 patients who applied specialized nursing intervention were included in the study group. Compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The success rate of onetime catheterization in the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of infection was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The use of specialized nursing intervention for cancer chemotherapy patients can effectively increase the success rate of one-time catheterization, prevent infection, and have a significant nursing effect.
