摘 要:便于重复应用的钢托换梁和滑道梁在建(构)筑物整体平移工程中具有显著的经济优势,但至今在实际工程中应用很少,现行相关规范对其选用和设计施工方法也几乎未作详细规定。梳理了快速施工、快速拆除等情况下及狭小既有支撑空间下应用钢结构的5个平移工程案例,介绍了钢构件在托换梁、滑道梁等临时性结构中应用的具体形式及做法,从承载性能、变形性能、构造做法及工程效果角度总结了钢结构应用的设计施工要点,为类似平移工程提供参考。Steel underpinning beams and slide beams,which are easy to be used repeatedly,have significant economic advantages in the integral translation of buildings(structures),but they are rarely used in practical projects so far,and there are almost no detailed provisions on their selection,design and construction methods in current relevant codes.This paper sorts out five translation engineering cases of steel structure under the conditions of rapid construction,rapid demolition and narrow existing support space,introduces the concrete forms and practices of steel members in temporary structures such as underpinning beams and slide beams,and summarizes the design and construction points of steel structure application from the aspects of bearing performance,deformation performance,construction method and engineering effect,which can provide reference for similar translation engineering.
