摘  要:基于Bingham(宾厄姆)流体模型,通过测定不同配合比参数C60超高泵送混凝土浆体流变性及工作性能指标参数,采用数值分析方法对屈服强度及塑性黏度进行拟合,分析了流变性与工作性能之间的关系。结果表明:水胶比、粉煤灰掺量是影响浆体流变性参数的主要因素,混凝土坍落扩展度、倒提时间与砂浆流变性之间的关系都可用一元二次方程近似表示;当砂浆塑性黏度在0.42~1.63 Pa·s,屈服应力在55.2~83.7 Pa范围内时,混凝土可满足易泵送的工作性能指标要求。Based on Bingham fluid model,the rheological property and workability index parameters of C60 ultra-high pumping concrete paste with different mix ratio parameters were measured.The yield strength and plastic viscosity were fitted by numerical analysis method,and the relationship between the rheological property and the workability was analyzed.The results show that the water binder ratio and the fly ash content are the main factors affecting the rheological parameters of the slurry.The relationship between the slump expansion of concrete,the inverted lifting time and the rheological property of mortar can be approximately expressed by one variable quadratic equation.When the plastic viscosity of mortar is in the range of 0.42~1.63 Pa·s and the yield stress is in the range of 55.2~83.7 Pa,the concrete can meet the working performance requirements of easy pumping.
