摘 要:试验旨在研究杠板归水浸液对小白鼠的毒性作用。将小白鼠分为雌鼠组、雄鼠组、对照组,给雌鼠组和雄鼠组饮用杠板归水浸液,观察小鼠状态、重量、摄食量、饮水量。7周后,血液生化检查小白鼠肝肾功能,剖检观察小白鼠的病理变化。杠板归水浸液浓缩灌胃小白鼠,按药物剂量0.75、0.5、0.35 g分别给小白鼠灌胃,观察小白鼠活动状态、死亡情况。结果表明,杠板归LD50在16~50 g/kg之间是小毒中药;小白鼠饮用杠板归水浸液期间重量不断增加,无异常状况;剖检小白鼠肝脏有坏死;血液生化检查总蛋白、白蛋白降低,说明蛋白合成减少,其余指标均正常。研究表明,杠板归对小白鼠有一定毒性。The experiment was to study the toxic effect of the Gangbangui water extract on mice. The mice were divided into female mice, male mice, and control groups. The female mice and male mice were given the water infusion from the Gangbangui to observe the state, weight, food intake, and water consumption of the mice. After seven weeks, the liver and kidney function of the mice were checked by blood biochemistry, and the pathological changes of the mice were observed by necropsy. The mice were gavaged with concentrated water extract of Gangbangui(0.75, 0.5, 0.35 g) respectively to observe the activity and death of mice. The results showed that the LD50 of Gangbangui was between 16 and 50 g/kg, which was a small toxic traditional Chinese medicine. The weight of mice increased continuously during drinking Gangbangui water extract, and there was no abnormal condition. There was necrosis in the liver of mice after autopsy, and the total protein and albumin in blood biochemical examination decreased, which indicated that the protein synthesis decreased, and other indicators were normal. The results showed that Gangbangui had certain toxicity to mice.
