摘 要:为了解江苏省水禽源大肠杆菌毒力基因分布情况,并分析其耐药性,采集了江苏部分地区64个养殖场疑似大肠杆菌性腹泻鸭的泄殖腔拭子510份,制备DNA模板,运用PCR技术进行检测,利用药敏纸片琼脂扩散法对100株分离株进行药敏试验。结果表明:江苏部分地区水禽养殖场致病性大肠杆菌阳性率65%左右;分离株对磷霉素、多黏菌素B比较敏感,敏感比例分别为90%和78%;耐药最强的是多西环素,耐药比例可达90%,其次是新霉素和四环素,耐药比例均为70%。结果显示,利用PCR技术可快速确诊,并通过药敏试验实现对敏感药物的筛选。In order to understand the distribution of the virulence genes of waterfowl source E. coli in Jiangsu Province and analyze their drug resistance, 510 cloacal swabs of suspected E. coli diarrhea ducks from 64 farms in parts of Jiangsu were collected, DNA templates were prepared and used. PCR technology was used for detection, and 100 drug isolates were tested for drug sensitivity using the drug sensitive paper agar diffusion method. The results showed that the positive rate of pathogenic E. coli in waterfowl farms in some areas of Jiangsu was about 65% on average. The isolates were more sensitive to fosfomycin and polymyxin B, and the sensitive ratios were 90% and 78% respectively. The strongest resistance was doxycycline, with the resistance ratio 90%, followed by neomycin and tetracycline with the resistance ratio 70%. It can be concluded that PCR technology can be used to quickly confirm the diagnosis and to screen sensitive drugs through drug sensitivity tests.
