老城中心区街道景观精细化更新设计研究及实践--以福州市华林路景观提升工程为例

摘　　要：结合城市“行政线”华林路景观提升工程,归纳总结了华林路“精细化”改造的设计思路。按照“功能更佳、环境更美、颜值更高”的高标准站位,通过分析华林路在交通功能、生活功能、文化功能、绿地功能中的现存问题探索改造策略。该设计工作重点:街道先整洁、道路高标准、花化有规模、绿化有层次、街景高颜值、设施配套全、标识高档次、特色有彰显、亮化再补全。全方位提升城中心区街道景观品质。Through the case study of landscape enhancement project along the Hualin Road“urban administrative line”,this paper summarizes the design philosophy of a refined reconstruction of Hualin Road.Explore the transformation strategy of overall coordination,reduction,new technology and small scale.Keeping in mind the high standards of“improved functions,a more beautiful environment,and a more picturesque look”,while also considering the analysis on the existing problems in the functions of transportation,life,culture,and afforestation,this paper explored the strategies for renovation and suggested.The key points of the design work are as follows:a cleaned street before everything else,improved road construction standards,planting large areas of flowers,clear layering of urban greening,a picturesque street view,a fully equipped community,visually pleasing street signs,more vivid features,and an following urban lighting projects with replenishments.Comprehensively improve the quality of street landscape in the center of the city.
