摘 要:以杭州萧山某水厂为研究对象,通过探究反冲水分别回用到厂内原水总管和反应池前端对水质的影响,确定最佳回用点。结果显示:出厂水水质无明显区别,但回用到原水总管中,当超过生产负荷超过12×10^4 m^(3)/d时,会导致回用水管压和原水管管压相当,造成电耗的浪费,回用点改为反应池前端能有效解决该问题。当生产负荷在可控范围内或原水浊度较低时可回用至原水管处,能强化混凝效果并节约投药量,且工艺出水较安全。Taking a waterworks in Xiaoshan,Hangzhou as the case,the best reuse point was determined by exploring the influence of backwash water reuse to the raw water main pipe or the front end of the reaction tank on the water quality.The results showed that,there was no obvious difference in the treated water quality,but if it was reused to the raw water main pipe,with the production load exceeded 12× 104 m^3/d,the pressure of the reused water pipe was equal to that of the raw water pipe,causing higher power consumption.If changing the reuse point to the front end of the reaction tank,it could effectively solve the problem.When the production load was within the controllable range or the raw water turbidity was low,it could be reused to the raw water pipe,which could enhance the coagulation effect,save the dosage of chemicals with safety of the treated water.
