摘 要:供电可靠性是指配电网向用户持续供电的能力,是对电力用户服务水平的综合体现。介绍了国家电网有限公司经营区域的供电可靠性指标现状,并对供电可靠性指标的变化趋势、停电原因进行了分析;总结了近年来配电网供电可靠性提升成效,分析了“十四五”期间供电可靠性管理工作面临的形势与挑战;最后,对提升“十四五”供电可靠性工作进行了展望。Power supply reliability is the ability of the distribution network to continuously supply power to users.It is a comprehensive manifestation of the service level of power users.The current status of power supply reliability indicators in the operation area of the State Grid Corporation of China is introduced in this paper,the change trend of power supply reliability indicators and the reasons for power outages are analyzed.The achievements in the improvement of power supply reliability of the distribution network in recent years are summarized,and the situation and challenges faced by the power supply reliability management during the 14th five-year plan period are analyzes.Finally,the power supply reliability improvement work during the 14th five-year plan period was prospected.
