摘　　要：目的分析某医院国家重点学科新技术应用对部分DRG病组住院费用的影响。方法 2018年12月—2019年3月病案首页数据和北京市按疾病诊断相关分组收付费模拟运行数据,采用Mann-Whitney U检验和Spearman线性相关分析等方法,比较CB19、CB39、DD29的3个DRG病组新技术应用对住院费用及构成的影响。结果应用新技术组总费用高于未应用组(P<0.05),应用新技术对不同DRG组医疗费用构成的影响不同,应用新技术是造成3个病组亏损的主要原因。结论新技术的应用会使住院费用升高,造成DRG结算病例亏损。为鼓励技术创新和医学进步,应在卫生技术评估基础上完善DRG支付标准。Objective To analyze the influence of new technology applications of national key disciplines on expenses of some DRG inpatients.Methods From December,2018 to March,2019,homepage data of medical records and simulation data of DRG-PPS in Beijing were selected and Mann-Whitney U test and Spearman linear correlation analysis were conducted to compare expenses and cost structure of inpatients with or without new technology applications in three DRG of CB19,CB39 and DD29.Results The expenses of inpatients with new technology applications were higher than those without(P<0.05).New technology applications had influence on cost structure.New technology application was the main cause of the financial loss of the DRG groups.Conclusion New technology applications will increase the inpatient costs,the hospital will take financial lose according to DRG-PPS analysis.In order to encourage medical technological development,the standard of DRG-PPS should be developed according to health technology evaluation.
