头部经筋刮痧联合皮内针治疗偏头痛理论探讨与病案举隅

摘　　要：偏头痛是一种与脑神经血管功能失调关系密切的慢性发作性疾病,归属于中医"头痛""头风"范畴。业界认为其多由风邪侵袭、或肝郁气滞、或阴虚风动、或痰瘀内生、或气血亏虚而致气血失调、脑络不通或脑窍失荣而发。笔者应用中医适宜技术——头部经筋刮痧配合皮内针治疗偏头痛,取得一定疗效,即通过叠加上述两种外源性物理刺激作用于特定的穴点、穴区(皮部、经筋)、经络,能够达到较好的止痛作用。本文旨在结合临床典型病例,对基于经筋理论通过刮痧联合皮内针联合偏头痛进行综合分析,以期提供新的干预思路。Migraine is a chronic onset disease closely related to cranial neurovascular dysfunction. It belongs to the categories of "headache" and "head-wind" in TCM. The industry believes that it is mostly caused by the invasion of wind pathogens, or liver stagnation and Qi( 气) stagnation, or Yin( 阴) deficiency and wind movement, or endogenous phlegm and blood stasis, or deficiency of Qi and blood, resulting in Qi and blood disorders, brain collateral failure, or loss of brain orifice. The author applies the appropriate technique of TCM---head meridian scraping and intradermal acupuncture to treat migraine, and achieves certain curative effect. This article aims to combine typical clinical cases to conduct a comprehensive analysis of treating migraine by skin scraping, intradermal acupuncture based on the meridian theory, in order to provide new intervention ideas.
