摘　　要：何世东教授在临证中将治未病思想引入到日常保健以及慢性疑难病防治中。在具体的治疗方法中,何师的治未病思想分为四个层次,分别是防病阶段的保健保养、"欲病"阶段的即治其先、已病阶段的防传变、慢性疑难疾病缓解期的扶正固本,并且推荐患者进行自我按摩及艾灸保健治疗。In clinical practice, Professor He Shidong introduced the thought of treating diseases in the future into daily health care and the prevention and treatment of chronic difficult diseases. In the specific treatment methods, the thought of treating diseases in the future is divided into 4 levels, namely health maintenance in the stage of disease prevention, premature treatment in the stage of desired disease, prevention and transmutation in diseased stage, and maintenance and consolidation in the remission stage of chronic difficult diseases. He also recommends patients to have massage and moxibustion.
