生肌地黄膏联合凡士林纱布治疗小腿皮肤缺损的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨生肌地黄膏联合凡士林纱布对小腿皮肤缺损的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年3月在我院接受治疗的创伤小腿皮肤缺损患者60例,按治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组各30例。两组均给予清创治疗,对照组给予凡士林纱布封闭创面,治疗组给予外敷生肌地黄膏并用凡士林纱布封闭创面。比较两组患者治疗总有效率,住院天数、植皮所需时间和换药次数,以及并发症的发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P <0.05),治疗组住院天数、植皮所需时间及换药次数、并发症发生率方面均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:生肌地黄膏联合凡士林纱布封闭创面,能明显促进创面肉芽生长,为再次手术创造有利条件。Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the Shengji Dihuang ointment( 生 肌 地 黄 膏) plus vaseline gauze on calf skin defects. Methods: 60 cases in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each, according to different treatment methods. The both groups were treated by debridement, the control group was given vaseline gauze to seal the wound more, and the treatment group took the Shengji Dihuang ointment topically plus vaseline gauze to seal the wound. Results: The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The length of hospital stay, skin grafting time, number of dressing changes, and incidence of complications in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Shengji Dihuang ointment plus vaseline gauze can obviously promote the granulation growth of the wound, and create favorable conditions for reoperation.
