青兰方喷雾对骨科患者术后口腔健康的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨青兰方雾化吸入对骨科患者术后口腔健康的影响。方法:选择2019年6-12月我院收治的行气管插管全麻下择期骨科手术患者112例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组患者给予生理盐水漱口,观察组患者给予青兰方口腔喷雾。比较分析两组干预前后的咽喉不适改善率、口腔健康评估表(Oral Health Assessment Tool,OHAT)、口腔清洁度、口腔舒适度、口臭评分、口腔唾液pH值、改良Beck口腔评分。结果:干预2 h后,观察组咽喉不适(疼痛、充血、声音嘶哑)症状改善率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组的OHAT评分、口腔清洁度评分、口臭评分、改良Beck口腔评分均较干预前明显降低(P<0.05),且干预后观察组OHAT评分、口腔清洁度评分、口臭评分、改良Beck口腔评分显著均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组的口腔舒适度评分、口腔pH值均较干预前显著升高(P<0.05),且干预后观察组口腔舒适度评分、口腔pH值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:青兰方口腔喷雾可以改善骨科患者术后咽喉不适症状,改善口腔健康,减少口臭,提高口腔清洁度和舒适度。Objective:To investigate the effects of the Qinglan prescription(青兰方)of aerosol inhalation on postoperative oral health of orthopedic patients.Methods:112 elective orthopaedic surgery patients with general anesthesia and tracheal intubation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given normal saline atomization,and the observation group was given the Qinglan prescription of aerosol inhalation.Results:After 2 hours of intervention,the amelioration rate of throat discomfort(pain,congestion,hoarseness)was significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the OHAT score,oral cleanliness score,bad breath score,and modified Beck oral score were significantly decreased compare with before(P<0.05),and the above indicators in the observation group were obviously lower than the control group.The oral comfort score and oral pH in the groups were significantly increased compared with before the intervention(P<0.05),and the two indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qinglan prescription of aerosol inhalation can ameliorate postoperative throat discomfort symptoms in orthopedic surgery patients,improve oral health,reduce bad breath,and improve oral cleanliness and comfort.
