凉血五花汤内服联合局部熏蒸治疗面部接触性皮炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察内服凉血五花汤联合局部熏蒸外用治疗面部接触性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:选择诊断为颜面部接触性皮炎的患者66例,随机分为治疗一组、治疗二组、对照组,治疗一组采用凉血五花汤内服联合局部熏蒸治疗,治疗二组采用凉血五花汤局部熏蒸治疗,对照组采用蒸馏水熏蒸治疗,于治疗第7天对其疗效进行比较。结果:治疗7天后,治疗一组对皮损的改善情况与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗二组与对照组的差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:凉血五花汤内服联合局部熏蒸治疗颜面部接触性皮炎是一种较有效的疗法,值得临床推广。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Liangxue Wuhua decoction( 凉血五花汤) oral plus topical fumigation on facial contact dermatitis. Method: 66 cases were selected and randomized into the treatment 1 th group, the treatment 2 th group, and the control group. The treatment 1 th group was treated with the Liangxue Wuhua decoction oral plus topical fumigation, the treatment 2 th group was treated by topical fumigation of the Liangxue Wuhua decoction, and the control group was treated by distilled water fumigation. Results: After 7 days of treatment, the difference of improvement of skin lesions between the treatment 1 th group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05), the difference of skin lesions amelioration between the treatment 2 th group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: The Liangxue Wuhua decoction oral plus topical fumigation is a more effective therapy on facial contact dermatitis, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
