摘　　要：目的探讨MRI与CT对不同类型胆囊腺肌症的诊断价值。方法选取80例医院收治的胆囊腺肌症患者,均行MRI与CT检查,分析不同类型胆囊腺肌症的影像学特征。结果手术病理学检查发现80例患者中局限型胆囊腺肌症26例,节段型胆囊腺肌症25例,弥漫型胆囊腺肌症29例;MRI在该三种类型中的诊断准确率为96.15%、96%、93.1%;CT诊断准确率为76.92%、76%、72.41%,MRI在各类型胆囊腺肌症的诊断准确率均明显高于CT(P<0.05)。结论MRI与CT在胆囊腺肌增生症临床诊断中均有一定的应用价值,MRI检查诊断准确率高于CT检查。Objective To analyze the value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of different types of gallbladder adenomyosis.Methods We selected 80 patients with gallbladder adenomyosis in hospital from january 2017 to december 20192019.All patients underwent MRI and CT examination before operation.Surgical pathology was used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic accuracy of MRI and CT,and to analyze the imaging features of different types of gallbladder adenomyosis.Results A total of 26 cases of localized gallbladder adenomyosis,25 cases of segmental gallbladder adenomyosis and 29 cases of diffuse gallbladder adenomyosis were found in 80 patients.The diagnostic accuracy of MRI in these three types was 96.15%,96%,93.1%,and the CT diagnostic accuracy was 76.92%,76%,72.41%.The diagnostic accuracy of all types of gallbladder adenomyosis by MRI was significantly higher than that of CT(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI and CT have certain application value in clinical diagnosis of gallbladder adenomyosis,and there are some similarities in image features,but the diagnostic accuracy of MRI is higher,which is worth popularizing.
